AI implementation

We build the AI your company actually needs.

Tell us what's slowing your team down. We figure out where AI helps, build it around the tools you already use, and get your team using it.

What we buildcustom to each company

Systems and tools

  • Internal apps and dashboards built around how your team works
  • Integrations between the systems you already use
  • Reporting that builds itself from your data

AI in your workflows

  • Email and document handling: read, sort, draft, file
  • Assistants that know your company's own processes
  • Exception tracking that flags problems before they cost you
Every build is scoped with your team and measured against a baseline.
  • In daily use since Julyat our first client, every working day
  • Built around your toolsMicrosoft 365, Google, and the systems you already run
  • Scoped and priced up frontin writing, before we build anything
  • Measureda baseline before, results after

Your operation runs on a few people who know how everything connects.

Work moves between systems by hand

Orders in one tool, setup in another, billing in a third. Someone re-keys it and reconciles it at the end of the week.

Exceptions eat the day

Missing numbers, mismatched records, orders stuck between steps. They're found late and fixed by chasing people.

The answers live in people, not systems

Status, history and why it's done this way sit with two or three people. When they're out, the work waits.

From what's slowing you down to something your team uses every day.

Find what's worth building
We sit with your team, map where time goes and measure today's numbers. Then we tell you what to build, and what isn't worth it.
Build it
Custom systems, automations and AI tools, built for your company and connected to the tools you already use. No off-the-shelf software your team has to adapt to.
Roll it out
We train your team, fix what gets in the way and stay until they're using it. When you need something changed or added, we build that too.

First deployment · in daily use since July

It already runs a real company's office, every working day.

Our first client's whole office ran through one person. We mapped how work actually moved, set the system up around it, and stayed until the team relied on it.

  • Incoming requests

Calls, texts, email and web forms, all in one person's head.

Every email routed to the right account automatically.

  • Billing

Invoices written at night and sent late.

Produced by the system and sent on time.

  • Deadlines

Expiring compliance documents noticed only when someone asked.

    Flagged 30 days ahead, automatically.

  • Sign-offs

Paperwork printed, signed, scanned and chased.

Approved from a phone in one tap.

Start with the biggest problem. Measure it. Build from there.

  1. Week 1

    Map and measure

We sit with your team, map how the work actually moves and measure today's numbers: time spent, errors, delays.

  2. Week 2

    Scope and price

We start where it saves the most: what we'll build, what it costs and how we'll measure it, in writing.

  3. Weeks 3–6

    Build

We build it around your tools, with read-only access first. You see progress every week.

  4. Ongoing

    Roll out and grow

We train your team and report the before and after. Support and new builds are a flat monthly fee.

Guardrails

Built so your team stays in control

Measured, not promised
Every workflow has a baseline from day one, so you see exactly what changed.
You set the permissions
What we build only does what you allow. Keep a person on every email and payment, or let routine work run on its own.
Private by design
Read-only access your IT approves, a server that runs only your company, and a full export if you ever leave.

Who we work with

Operations-heavy companies of 20 to 200 people

  • IT deployment and field services

Orders, staging, shipping, device setup, billing handoffs, customer updates.

  • Project-based firms

Construction, engineering and installation: project tracking, documents, compliance, billing.

  • Distribution and logistics

Order tracking, carrier status, exceptions, reconciliation.

What people ask first

How is this different from Copilot or ChatGPT?

Those are general tools your people have to learn and use. We build things specific to your company, around your workflows, your systems and your data, and we get your team using them.

How long does it take?

About a week to map and measure. Most first builds are live within three to six weeks.

Do we have to change the software we use?

No. We build around the tools you already run, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and your business systems, with access your IT approves.

What happens to our data?

Access starts read-only and is approved by your IT admin. Your data is never shared with other clients, and the AI models we use run on no-training terms. If you ever leave, you keep everything we built for you plus a full export.

Can what you build send or pay for anything on its own?

Only where you want it to. Everything we build runs with the permissions you set, and by default anything that leaves your company waits for a person.

What does it cost?

A fixed-fee assessment to start. Each build is priced up front, in writing. Ongoing support and new builds are a flat monthly fee.
